ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with information about the product you ordered.
COURIER COMPANY
Deliveries are made by the courier company „EKONT“ throughout the country.
SHIPPING VALUE
The cost of the courier service is calculated based on product value, volume and weight. The value is strictly individual for each order!
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is from 1 (one) to 2 (two) working days depending on the address specified in the order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) are processed immediately after entering our system. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first business day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. on weekdays are processed the next business day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. In case of impossibility to fulfill the order due to temporary lack of availability of a given product, as well as in case of shipment delay due to waiting for a new import, you will be informed by phone call or by e-mail. If possible, you will be offered alternative items of the same quality and price.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
At any stage of placing the order, you have the right to cancel the order. In the event that there is any change regarding the content, value, conditions and terms of delivery of an order placed, you will be informed by phone call. The order will not be shipped unless we receive your personal agreement to the changed terms.
